i researched both of you and you both have no concrete evidence either way. you are like 2 14 yr old girls arguing about boys. just because you offer 3k to someone in a very informal way and they don't accept, doesn't mean they are lying. they might not trust you or need the money in such a weird way. maybe both parties could provide evidence of a real nature. other than that, it is just 2 touting services bitching at each other.
